Tom
Rippin
After some years of working in cancer research, Tom wanted to work in the social sector. Dubious of the training, development and career opportunities he would be able to access there, he decided instead to go into management consulting with McKinsey & Company. After five years, he did eventually transition into the social sector, first as an advisor on private sector matters to the CEO of Comic Relief and then at (RED), the business founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver to help eliminate AIDS in Africa, where he was the Managing Director for Europe and the Director of Business Development for (RED) International. As well as running On Purpose, Tom is the Chairman of Spice, www.justaddspice.org.
Sarah
Coyne
Sarah comes to On Purpose fresh from heading up the Grant-making Operations at Comic Relief. After spending most of the 90’s in the Finance Group at M&S and heading up the MEA Supply Chain for Kraft Foods International she stepped off the Corporate ladder to work in International Development. Amongst other things, she has spent significant time working in Africa transferring her corporate experience into setting up and delivering Public-Private sector partnership projects focussed on Value Chain delivery. As well as running On Purpose with Tom she still maintains her links with Africa holding Trustee roles with a Street Childrens Centre in Malawi and a Development organisation in Burkina Faso.
Sandra
Ng
Sandra joins On Purpose as a transition to the social sector after several years at McKinsey & Company as a Knowledge Specialist in the Consumer Practice. Prior to this she spent some years in Hong Kong working with packaged goods companies in marketing and sales support roles.
Raoul
Boström
Raoul joins On Purpose following 4 years in investment banking/asset management in Australia and the UK. After working in Sydney with Goldman Sachs (M&A) and JPMorgan (Equities Research), Raoul moved to London in 2008 to join the environmental investment firm Climate Change Capital, working primarily in the hedge funds unit.

Raoul is interning with On Purpose before starting an MBA at London Business School in Fall 2010.
